At JoeTrendz, we are committed to delivering your fashion choices quickly, safely, and efficiently across India. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how we handle orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer Pan India delivery through trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the same day.
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via WhatsApp or email.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times post dispatch:

Kerala & South India: 2–4 business days
Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a nominal service fee, which will be mentioned at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or WhatsApp. You can use this ID to track your package on the courier’s website.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or customer refusal, we will contact you to reschedule shipping. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
