At JoeTrendz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return.
Items under sale, discounts, innerwear, and accessories are non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

Reason for return
Photo/video evidence of the issue (if applicable)

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product).
We recommend using a trackable courier service to return the item.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct product exchanges. For a different size or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. For cancellation requests, contact us immediately.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

Check your bank account again
Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
If the issue persists, contact us directly
